Things haven’t changed over the years and our philosophy hasn’t changed either. Our residential painting team has been with us for years, not days or months. We use “Smart Job Management”, where a paint plan is put together in advance so you know when, where and how to prepare your house for the painting process.
We supply our clients with a detailed contract stating our scope of work, what will be done, where it will be done and what materials are going to be used. Everything is spelled out so there isn’t any confusion.
We will put together a payment plan you will be comfortable with, we will never ask for any payment up front, even for materials. We want you to feel comfortable with our crew, our work and the job in general before any payments are made. If the contractor needs money up front, how comfortable will you be with that and how professional can they be not being able to supply the job?
