I am thrilled with the fantastic painting and spackling job that Burke Painting Company has recently finished for me! My home had terrible issues with nail pops and damage from previous owners to my entire main floor ceilings. Several painters that I received estimates from were less than excited about the extensive work that needed to be accomplished. Not so, when Burke Painting came for the estimate. A plan was put in place and the work was done as promised with BEAUTIFUL results. Never underestimate a terrific and flawlessly painted ceiling. Throughout the entire job, Robert maintained excellent communication. He was in constant contact with me via phone and email; this was helpful as he was able to address questions that came up.
Furthermore, Robert and his crew demonstrated a commitment to honest, quality work. It turned out that one of the rooms I was having painted needed more work than originally anticipated. However, Robert and his crew stuck by what was originally quoted to me in our contact; there were no sudden or extra fees. The price quoted was the price I paid. And let me happily report that no corners were cut. Rather, the room was painted impeccably.
What impressed me the most, however, was that I felt like Burke Painting Company genuinely cared about the work they were doing. Robert takes pride in what he does, and it shows. He took a bona fide interest in helping me to select the proper colors for the rooms in my home. When I told him, “I don’t care what shade of white you paint my walls,” Robert took the time to explain that it was important. I felt like this was not just a job for him, but rather an opportunity for him to do something he truly enjoys.
A special thank you goes out to one of his crew members, Joe. Joe did a superb job transforming my husband’s music studio, complete with black ceilings, into a light, airy living space. My husband and I still marvel over his brilliant work.
